Guji, a zone in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia, was once grouped with coffees from Sidamo and other central-southern Ethiopian areas. However, Guji coffees have a unique profile compared to Yirgacheffe or Sidamo varieties. This washed-processed Kercha, Guracho offers noticeable floral aromatic notes, a soft and syrupy mouthfeel, balanced acidity, and ripe fruit flavors with hints of raspberry and lime.
