1. Roasted Coffee Returns
Due to our commitment to freshness, all coffee is roasted to order. As a result, we do not accept returns on freshly roasted coffee. However, we do accept returns or exchanges for defective products. If you receive a defective item or have concerns about your order, please contact us, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue in line with our quality standards.
