1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Our business hours are 9 AM – 4 PM CT, Monday – Friday.
- We roast to order five days a week to ensure freshness.
- Orders placed before 4 PM CT will be roasted and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after 4 PM CT on Friday through Sunday will be roasted and shipped on Monday.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping.
- Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the destination.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.
- Free shipping promotions may be available periodically and will be applied automatically if applicable.
4. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.
- We will announce if we begin offering international shipping in the future.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
