Guji is one of the zones of the Oromia Region of Ethiopia, coffees from the Guji area were previously categorized together with coffees from the Sidamo are coffee much of central – south Ethiopia. However Guji coffees are quite distinct from Yirgacheffe or Sidamo coffee. A washed processed Kercha, Guracho has noticable floral aromatics notes in the cup a soft syrupy mouthfeel, balanced acidity and ripe fruit raspberry-lime flavor notes.
