Is the price of this coffee worth it? It's kind of a relative question, as in what makes a diamond worth so much? Very desirable characteristics, rarity in supply, plus high demand.
Sweet and bright with deep chocolate overtones with refined acidity. Notes of caramelized sugar, floral & berry notes, chocolate and the pungent sweetness of maple syrup, this elegant coffee opens up on the palate to sparkling, juicy hints of orange and plum with a silky, mouthfeel (especially as it cools) and a rich pleasent-aftertaste.
Tanzania Ruvuma Peaberry
Very sweet-toned and bright aroma: lemon, orange, flowers, cherry, a hint of honey. The acidity, rich and enveloped in sweetness, lifts the cup and carries into the long finish. Continued lemon, cherry and floral-toned honey notes.
